Each breakout track was equipped with dedicated transmitters and speaker microphones, while delegates received wireless headphones and receivers tuned to the specific session they were attending. Our team ensured zero frequency clashes across all 12 tracks, maintaining uninterrupted, high-quality audio throughout the two-day event.
A specialised on-ground team of 40 Starr Play professionals managed operations end-to-end—from setup and frequency planning to live support and session transitions. Special attention was given to health and hygiene: every headset and receiver was sanitised before use, supported by a well-planned backup inventory. This ensured seamless equipment rotation with no downtime, even during peak session changes.
